This session took place in Tyler, Texas in an area called the Azalea District. I love this location for its mix of charming buildings and beautiful greenery. I shot the entire session with my 50mm 1.4. I just love the depth of field, bokeh, and slightly magical feel I get with this lens. Of course I couldn’t have captured these images without such a beautiful model. Maxi is one of my 2013 Senior Spokesmodels and she was an absolute natural in front of the camera. Her natural beauty and poise gave the images a stunning yet approachable feel. And yes, Maxi looks a lot like Emma Roberts. Or rather, Emma Roberts looks a lot like her! Either way, I loved working with Maxi and couldn’t be more happy with this session!
