My name is Brittney Squire and I’m a natural light portrait photographer based in The Woodlands, Texas. I’m beyond excited to share some images from my last 2011-2012 senior session with a lovely young lady named Shanzay. I’m most drawn to sun-filled, natural feeling photos, so when Shanzay requested a rural backdrop for her portraits, I was ecstatic. My excitement heightened when some personal friends generously offered up their ranch as our shoot location. With 24 Texas Longhorns, 11 cats, four horses, two donkeys and a macaw, I knew we were bound to get some unique images on the property. We had a night full of laughter and etherial light, topped off with a few nibbles from the horses. In fact, we had a bit of a horse entourage following us around for a while, so it was a good thing Shanzay was  comfortable around all the animals! Shanzay is a true beauty, inside and out, and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet her and take her senior portraits.
