I am the girl that had tried every creative outlet known to man. I am not very graceful, actually I’m a full on klutz…so dancing wasn’t my bag. I made it through art with a B+ and my teacher giving me the,”that’s interesting” type of looks when I presented my masterpieces. I won’t even go there with the vocals, let’s just say my husband has been known to ask me to stop singing…nicely of course.  I pretty much gave up and decided the creative world was better off without me. Then I picked up a camera. I had found my creativity, I had found what made me tick…and I have been smitten ever since!

These two sweethearts completely stole my heart. These cuties are twin sisters. They couldn’t be more different, but they share a bond that only twins can. They love each other to pieces and are as sweet as they are cute. I couldn’t get over how well behaved, and fun-loving they were… it was pure joy to hang out with them and capture their individual beauty.

We planned to meet in downtown Denver. Mom and Dad actually got engaged on the bridge that is pictured. We were going to get some urban shots and then head over to the park to capture some “I love daddy” photos to give him on his birthday.  I looked at the sky and saw that the clouds were starting to roll in, by the time I got to downtown the wind had picked up and it was crazy. For a moment I thought we were going to reschedule but we decided to go through with it, and I’m so glad we did. I couldn’t be happier with the images and the wind just added to the fun. Some of my favorite shots are when the wind took over and their beautiful hair was flying everywhere!
